Meet Your Aviation Medical Examiner

“As a pilot, I know how much your medical certificate means to you. As a physician, I know exactly how to help you meet the FAA’s standards safely and efficiently.”

Our practice is led by a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with over 20 years of specialized experience in hospital medicine. My journey in aviation began long before medical school—I earned my Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University and worked for Lockheed Martin, designing advanced aircraft control systems.

Driven by a desire to combine my technical engineering roots with patient care, I transitioned to medicine. Today, I am an active Private Pilot currently working on my Instrument Rating. Becoming an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner allows me to bridge my two greatest passions: clinical medicine and aviation safety. I speak both languages—medicine and aviation—ensuring you get a thorough, fair, and deeply knowledgeable evaluation.
